WOC+Lib is pleased to publish this special report, “Nuestra Comunidad: Themes and Shares Experiences in a Latinx Librarian Cohort” from librarians Aidy Weeks, Ruby Nugent, and Mayra Corn. We’ve broken their expansive and thorough report down into three parts: introduction/background, central themes 1, and central themes 2. They were also kind enough to include an appendix for your reference. We’re immensely grateful for their work and contributions, and glad they’ve chosen us for their platform.
